Due to the nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tiyay & Co do not offer returns.
Buyers can still file a case with customer service to seek a return or exchange in some situations.
Request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. Order cancellation requests made after 24 hours are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of our product that is made to order.
Refunds are only available for Order Cancellation received within 24 hours of purchase.
We only replace item(s) if defective or damaged or wrong item sent. Contact Tiyay & Co customer service within three days of delivery in the original packaging and 100% good condition and unused product. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
