Tiyay & Co dba Tiyay.Com ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.tiyay.com "Website". By placing an order through this website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect our service mutually and set expectations.

 

GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer to process a refund.

 

SHIPPING COST

Tiyay & Co ships via USPS. The shipping cost will be collected separately in all orders. Customers can choose to upgrade to USPS Priority mail, these shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

 

DISPATCH

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of the order.

Tiyay & Co operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays where the business will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched for change of delivery address requests.

 

P.O. BOX SHIPPING

Your order will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. 

 

MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. 

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will immediately dispatch the in-stock items and send the remaining questions once they return to stock.

 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Tracking is available on Priority Mail and some First-Class Packages. Visit www.usps.com to sign up for tracking notifications.

 

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a package damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is not applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Sales tax will be collected at the Check Out process.
